Refunds & Returns

Refunds/Cancellations:

My Dahlia will accept any Refunds/Cancellations on your order, no matter how many items you wish to refund, up until 10 business days after you have placed your order. Any Refund requests submitted after those 10 business days will not be accepted.

We aim to respond to any refund/cancellations request within the same day, or from Monday to Friday between 9-5.

Once we have processed your refund it could take a few days for the refund to return to your account depending on your bank.

Returns/Exchange:

My Dahlia will accept returns, if you have received or ordered the wrong item, accidentally ordered an item by mistake, or if the item is damaged and you are not happy with what you have recieved.

If you chose to return your item we will offer you a refund or you can exchange it for the same product, a different version of the product, or a completely different item, if you chose to exchange your product for a different item you may be asked to pay any additional charges.

Once we have received your return, we will process your refund and send you a conformation email confirming the refund. If you have requested an exchange we will aim to get your new product sent to you within 1-3 business days as long as we have it in stock, if we have to order your new item in, it could take up to 1-3 weeks before it arrives to you.

My Dahlia will not accept Returns/Exchanges if your product has been opened and no longer has the protective film covering your item.

If by any chance you do not receive any Photocards/Album inclusions in your product we can not promise that we will be able to replace these missing items as that would be a manufacturing error. But we will try our best to look into it and see if we can get it sorted for you.
